Polaris Industries began experiencing issues as early as 2015 and have since identified over 450,000 recalled off-road vehicles. These products, such as RZRs, Turbos, Rangers, Slingshots, Generals and snowmobiles have been deemed “thermal hazards”- a term used to convey the surprising tendency of vehicles to spontaneously combust. With these fires, owners have experienced undue expense, damages and injuries.

Based off your experience with this recalled vehicle, there may be remedies or compensation to pursue. At Van Norman Law, we can meet with you and fully evaluate your individual case to provide recommendation on legal action. If negligence was evident, we will pursue the full legal remedy that you deserve.
